A flawless defense line

Sealing strips are mainly used between glass and between glass and walls. The preferred material is EPDM rubber, which is resistant to aging and ozone, and can maintain elasticity for more than 5 years. Cheap PVC or silicone strips will turn yellow, harden, and shrink within a few months. A good sealing strip is a "sponge sandwich" structure - internally foamed and externally solid, which can be flattened and filled with gaps when closing the door, and can rebound without water leakage when released.

The water blocking stone foundation is the first barrier on the ground. Artificial stone is currently the best choice, as it has high density and is impermeable. When installing, it is necessary to embed the stone foundation before laying the floor tiles and seal the joints at both ends with glass glue or grout. Never rely solely on applying glue to the surface of ceramic tiles, otherwise after a year or so, water will seep out from the glue joints, causing mold on the exterior walls of the bathroom.
